Dares Beach

Another ride that adds mileage and challenge to the basic North Beach loop. Dares Beach is a small residential community on the Chesapeake Bay south of North Beach. The route contains several miles of big rolling hills south of Chesapeake Beach which you will ride in both directions. The rest of the extension to Dares Beach is moderate to hilly terrain. As far as I know there isn’t a convenience store in Dares Beach so it’s a good idea to bottle up at the rest stop in Chesapeake Beach on the way down. The entire ride is approximately 85 miles.
